When you
use Aspen as your long distance provider to the
Philippines, it is a 2-step process.
1)
Aspen will issue/send an Aspen cellphone or mobile bagphone
to your loved ones or family in the Philippines. The
type of phone will depend on the area where your
recipient is located in the Philippines.
2)
Aspen then gives you a US or Canadian access number or your own
private number that will ring your recipient's phone.
Private numbers will cost a little extra but it is
minimal.
